Nisshin Steel Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Baosteel Group, the largest steel producer group in China, have established the Strategic Steering Committee to exchange information between executives of both companies from broad business perspectives.
The first meeting will be held within this year.
The committee will provide the companies with opportunities to exchange views for mutual developments and pursue possibilities of joint ventures to follow the Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.
