(Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroshi Miyata) announced that the Companies have entered into a consignment contract for stainless steel hot rolling as part of their alliance in the stainless steel business.

Nisshin Steel Co., Ltd. will ship certain quantities of stainless steel slabs cast in the Shunan Works to Kinuura Works of Nippon Metal Industry Co., Ltd. for toll rolling.

2. Quantity

The maximum quantity set at the moments is up to 5,000 tons per month.
|

3. Period
|
|
The consignment starts in October, 2004
|
