Year-end dividends

At the meeting held on May 18 2009, the Company's board of directors made the following decision in respect to the year-end dividends for our 129th fiscal period (April 1, 2008 through March 31, 2009)

The year-end dividends for the said fiscal period will be paid as follows to the shareholders listed or recorded on the shareholder register or to the registered pledgees as of March 31, 2009.

1. Cash dividends: ¥3.00 per share (¥1.00 of ordinary dividends and ¥2.00 of memorial dividends)
2. Effective date and commencement date of payment: Tuesday, June2, 2009

*Combined with the interim dividends of ¥4.00 per share paid on November 26, 2008, the above will make the full-year dividends ¥7.00.
